The Supercal 5 I multifunctional calculator unit is a powerful and flexible solution for the measurement, processing and transmission of consumption and energy data in heating, cooling and combined applications. Thanks to its modular concept, extensive communication interfaces and versatile expansion options, it is ideally suited for modern smart metering, energy management and building automation systems. Support for a wide range of flow sensors and additional utility meters enables universal use in residential and commercial properties, district heating networks and industrial energy applications.

The Supercal 5 I multifunctional calculator unit is a powerful and future-proof solution for the measurement, processing and transmission of consumption and energy data in heating, cooling and combined applications. The new generation of Sontex calculator units is based on a modular concept and offers a high degree of flexibility for a wide range of requirements in energy and building technology. Equipped with an NFC interface for easy configuration, multiple tariff and data logger functions, and two card slots for individual extensions, the Supercal 5 I meets the requirements of modern smart metering and energy management systems. The backlit dot-matrix display ensures convenient operation and easy navigation through all device and consumption data.
Thanks to its universal applicability, the Supercal 5 I can be combined with mechanical, magnetic-inductive, ultrasonic or fluidic oscillation flow sensors and can be used as a heating, cooling or combined heating/cooling energy meter. Additional pulse inputs enable the integration of further utility meters for water, gas, oil or electricity. With communication interfaces such as LoRaWAN®, wM-Bus / OMS®, Sontex Radio, M-Bus, Modbus, BACnet, NFC and an optical interface, the calculator unit can be flexibly integrated into existing and future-oriented building automation, district heating and smart metering systems. With its extensive communication and data acquisition capabilities, the Supercal 5 I is ideally suited for use in residential and commercial properties, district heating networks and industrial energy applications.
